Actually Karen, I have to thank you. I wrote this because I really love technology and I want to place the power in the users' hands. In a time and and an industry where everyone will try to squeeze every cent out of us, I want some control to lie with the consumer. If I can use my education to help educate others, maybe somebody can save a few bucks.
Today my sister put some RAM into her laptop. I know she didn't think she could do it, but she did. That may not have solved all her computer problems or ended world hunger, but it made me happy to know that I could help her learn, and do, something like that.
I get a kick out of stuff like that.
